Ripoff unauthorized charges, poor customer service

I signed up for a Free trial period last year when I needed a new Service. I later discovered that They had No unlimimited service here and the connection kept dropping and it was SLOOOWW as a snail

I went to cancel the Free Service trial The site said If you are canceling the free service No need to call just stop using it. If you have paid service call this number and gave a number I did that.

I had not heard back from them and have not been to their site in all these months. Today my son asked me to add some money to my prepaid online account to pay a bill that is due and he is afraid mailing will take too long I said yes he goes to pay that bill and part of the money that he had added this morning is Gone!

Juno has charged my account for 29.85. I immediately call the card company and they send a dispute form as well as tell me to keep trying to get in touch with them I finally reach a person 3 hours later

They inform me They can not remove that charge BUT they will gladly give me 3 months free Service
I do NOT need a free service especially a free service i did not like to begin with.

I however Do need my son's funds back.

I am now forced to pay that back and I am limited in funds due to being a disabled single mom of two still at home. I can not afford this Now I will be late in my bills because of this. They claim that the account was never canceled I have now in all total called them back twice and requested it be cancelled since this happened and The account is STILL active and I can not stop payments in case they attempt to recharge me yet again i can not get this cancelled and i can not get my darned money that they Should NEVER have removed

This is theft no matter how you slice it. What really gets me is the fast that they charge me NOW in June after all these months?

I hope that someone can assist me in handling an issue that involves a large company.
As they Obviously Have little regard for their users request and information. Let alone their willingness to charge you then say Oh sorry but i will give you some free service but we are keeping your money What kind of baloney is that?

Please Folks do NOT use this services so called Free stuff It will cost you in the end Many months down the line in fact: 0 (
