Juno like most companies these days take more from your account hoping you don't notice. You can't cancel on online because they want to offer you a deal, which is part of their scam.
We were offered 3 months of free service for their mistake, the mistake we made was falling for their scam. Nothing is free and you will pay for those free offers plus waste tons of your time on the phone trying to get someone who can understand you, which is also part of the scam.
This is the second time we got turned into collections for the free service, we thought this issue was settled months ago. What is up? Juno, get some people who can count and talk and maybe you'll be worth the nine dollars a month. Your no class act.
