I deleted juno services from my p. C last year d/t poor services. Eg— juno disconnections while I was on line every other day.
June 10, I called to inform them I was being charged monthly for services I haven't used since last year.
My confirmation # 17067843 was given me by a male juno
rep who just listened & turned me over to a female rep from billing, who didn't know how to speak to coustomers, just said, "well you didn't call us & therefore will not be able to get back the money for online services which I did not use.
I in turn informed this female rep, "I felt like they were cheating me out of my money & I will be sure & pass their poor service on the other possible clients. The rep just replied "well, you didn't call us, I'll stop you service now.
