I am an At&t customer for about three years. Up to two years before I moved from Michigan to Illinois, everything was going ok. I decided to stop the service in Michigan because it was end of my contract. But then someone gave me nice deal for one more year in same price. After moving to Illinois I got my internet 10 days later because of some technical mistake at their end.
Even if I am an existing customer my name got changed on my bill. My billing amount got more than double and till today my problem is unsolved.
I have requested more than ten times to correct my name on my account. There is no explanation on higher billing amount.
