I am officially reporting this website (www.weareelectricals.com) as an online fraud and scam company who has ripped off many customers including myself through this website
I recently bought a vga card for my computer on 01 december and paid them 151.89 and they asked to pay through BACS transfer which was unusual for a compnay online to do that, Anyway saving a couple of pounds tempted me to do that (only i wish if i checked its reviews at that time).
Till this moment of writing the review on 21 december wednesday. I have not recieved anything and they have been unresponsive to my emails and also they hae a phone number on which you ring them and after staying in the phone cue for 10 minutes it automatically cuts you off saying timer expired (Another Scam).. I have wasted huge amounts on phoning them just like evry other poor customer who has been scammed by them, So they kept promising me for a delivery next week and then again next week but as usual nothing happened and nothing arrived.
So now i have asked them for a refund and they said it will take 30 days for that refund, How in hell does it take 30 days for a refund i am unable to understand (Another Scam). They are just buying time from everyone to run away as i have done some research and it has come to my attention that there lease on the property they call their offices is finishing at the end of december so i think they are just trying to buy time and run away...
I am therefore launching an official campaign against them and filing a court dispute on behalf of all the people they have ripped off as i wont stay back and let them run away with my mone or any others..
Any help in this matter from anyone will be greatly appreciated as I want to make sure that they pay for everything they have done to the public by ruining their trust and breaking the trading laws of United Kingdom. I have already reported them to the Police which are Launching an enquiry against them as we speak...
I would like to get my money back and warn everyone also to stay miles away form them as they are the biggest scammers on the internt as i know off...
