I purchased a box set of DVDs on 12/12. When I checked out, I choose UPS ground service which could take up to 10 days. Well, this is what they want you to believe. My item was supposedly recvd in the United States on 12/27 by an international shipping company - Not UPS. I have yet to receive my item. After numerous emails, nobody has responded to since 12/31. They took my money and didn't deliver the item. When I emailed them on 12/30, this was their response. Do not buy from this company. They are not legit!
