I ordered an iPad trident case. Placed the order December 8th. Received an email December 20th that the case was shipped. Days came and went still no case.
By January I started trying to get a hold of this company by email and telephone. Never any response to the emails. I have tried calling 2 different numbers that I found on their website and the net. No one ever answers the phone. Only option is to leave a message after you pick a number to direct your call.
I can not even tell you how many messages I have left this supposed company. I now believe that this is not even a real company. It has to be a complet scam!
I finally received an email back that said a refund would be issued on January 26th. The email said to give it 2 business days before I would see the credit on to my bank account. Apparently their definition of 2 business days and mine are completely different.
Guess what I still have not received my refund or my iPad case! I am still calling this scammer company everyday and emailing. It's March and still has not been resolved. I am going to keep trying but it looks like I am just going to be out my $40.
Don't be scammed too! Stay away from this company! This company will take your money and you won't have anything to show for it!
