Registered to Zbiddy. I gave them all of the information required to register. Was charged $99.00 without my knowledge. Well there was no bid package offered at registration and does not say you have to purchase bid package to register. Purchasing of a bid package should be at my descretion of how much I want to purchase not them just throwing something at random. Contacted chat line, and was told that there were bid packages to the left of registration. Went back to double check there were no bid package offered. The person on the chat said she could lower my bid package to $13.50 package. Well at this point I wanted nothing to do with a company that charge me without permission and I wanted her to still explain the $99.00 charge and fix it, thats when she cut of communications with me. I only discovered I was charged because of the email confirming my purchase. Also they issue you a password, I was told to log in, well at the time of registration there was no ID or Password option for logging in. I sent an email so I could have documentation of the correspondence of my complaint. I was told my phone number was not on file so I would need to call. Guess they don't want to have anything in writing. Beware!
