No refund, only scam

After order cancellation, promised to be refunded. Never happened. They owe me 116.70. Bank can't do anything becouse the order hasn't been paid by car, as company requested direct transfer. Simply scam. Would like to ask all of you, who have been ripped off by this company, report them to this website
