G. 1440 Terminated Deceptive Business Practice Employee Exploitation

The company started me at the client (Fidelity & Guaranty Life) on 9/21. They pressed hard for me to start immediately. The very first week in inquired with the customer to find out expectations for schedule. His name is Stuart Tatum stuart. [email protected] and he advised he really didn't care what time I came in or if I took a lunch or worked through it.

I established an arrival time of 9:30am and was often there prior to that time. Any time I deviated from that schedule I promptly notified the customer. At no time did the customer Stuart Tatum or G1440 Stephen Riescher advise me that attendance was a problem.in fact, Stephen Riescher advised that the company wanted to convert me to FTE (Full-time employee) and he assured me that my position was secure.
