Hello all... I guess I'm not the only ex-agent of Bankers that feels like they have been screwed. I worked for Bankers for about 6 mo's and found out that they were definately not the type of company I wanted to work for. If you've worked there, you know how they are... All about $ no matter what it takes to get it. Whether it's lying to clients or not "telling them the details of an annuity surrender", just get that check.
To make a long story short, after leaving Bankers I started getting letters from Stuart Allen stating that I owed them over $3500 in chargebacks. That seemed very odd to me b/c I had a very low percentage of clients that had the "buyers remorse". I was a very laid back and understanding agent, unlike most of them that were very pushy and "wouldn't leave the house without a check and a signed app".
Anyway, I asked Stuart Allen to validate what they was saying I owed and they never would. They just kept telling me they didn't have to validate and that the debt will not go away until I pay it. They have placed this stuff on my credit report now which has lowered my credit score, costing me money on my financing. I have been at them for almost 2 years now and they still have not validated anything to me and just keep telling me they are not gonna go away. If anyone has some good advise or can help me out, please let me know.
