Surprising customer support! Never had this type of poor customer support encounter in my own life. A lot of telephone calls, numerous emails, all dismissed or covered down with one-line solutions, emails delivered to me from their store meant for additional clients using their client specifics within the emails! Team that did not appear to understand what these were referring to. Fake claims. All to obtain a reimbursement of over £100 to get a defective/broken item. Another organization which was promoting through Groupon decided to the refund instantly but Groupon nevertheless would not return, no responses to my numerous communications. 5 months later however no clarification regarding no reimbursement, actually another organization who offered the things where confused. Ultimately another organization needed to refund me as Groupon customer support didn't actually response or reimbursement. DON'T USE GROUPON IF YOU DON'T ARE READY TO NOT GET A REIMBURSEMENT.
I've invested thousands on Groupon previously but haven't utilized it since or have anybody I understand since I have have informed them about Grouponis questionable conduct.
