Stole my money and DOuble billed my Credit Card

I had placed an order throuhg the website. My order was never sent o[ut and I had called up to the m ain office multiple times and was assured that my order would be shipped out. My card was then billed again another $2866.98 and no order was sent out. Please help me get the word out that this site is just taking peoples money
