I placed an order with this company on May 11. My credit card was billed by this company on May 29. As of today (7/11), I still have not received my order. Each time I check the status of my order I am told that the order has shipped. I have had numerous email contacts with this company, but never given specific information about the status of my order. I want a credit back to my credit card due to order never received.
