Billed order, Never Shipped, Won't respond to phone calls

Placed order for protein powder, total came to $82

They never shipped my order, but secretly billed me for it. The order status page says Shipped but unbilled, the exact opposite of the truth — very deceiving.

DO NOT order from them!
