After not receiving confirmation of order or shipment I called to confirm order. I was told they could not find any order in the system and I would need to replace my order. They then proceeded to ship and bill me for two orders.in disputing the double order they offered to refund and waive restocking fees but shipping would the returns would be at my cost. As the product was heavy, shipping charges would be over $100. I am disputing the double billing with my credit card company.
They (customer service rep Naomi Gaton) was not friendly and blamed me for the double order. I would advise not doing business with them as there are plenty of other more friendly tile stores online.
