I enrolled in this course three years ago and was told that I would have lifetime access to their Auction Research tool. However, each year for the last two, the license has expired. This year, when the license expired, I call their offices for a new, valid string. However, despite numerous calls to the consultant team and CEO, I have not received a single return phone call, email or licence string. I am completely unable to use the program and my income is at risk because I can't do the appropriate research.
