Poor service

I buy VPS from UCVHost, the VPS transpired first second after I access the web from VPS.

I've been pleading for them mention my VPS for a lot of times. E-mail no reaction, live-chat support simply FINISH my discussion when notice me.

Fortunate, I maintain all of the communication report, and so I create a police and prevent my charge card fee. Really poor experience.
