I ordered cigs 12/5 through her website. A few weeks later I received a partial order. Today is April 30 and I have yet to receive the additional 5 cartons ordered at the same time.
Debra has reordered two times and they haven't gotten here either. What's amazing is that I have received packages from overseas and different states from friends and family for the holidays and birthdays but nothing from her company. I have also received packages from Amazon, Ebay, QVC, Carol Wright, 123Inkjets and cigs from other internet companies.
Debra claims she can produce an invoice with mailing & shipping info but that doesn't prove it was mailed. After the 2nd order didn't show, and I stated I wanted my money back she reorders for the 3rd time!
I have all her emails.in one she states that she would send the next FedEx or express so that it can be tracked. So, what does she do? She reorders and it is not trackable. That is using the brains that God gave her.
Don't know if I will ever see my money but I doubt I'll ever see my cigs. If they were truly mailed there is someone out there smoking my cigs or the order got lost in cyberspace!
Advice—beware of dealing with her... And she has a sharp tongue!!
