Ordered from cigs. Eu for the first time in April. Checked their testimonials and all looked good so orders 4 cartons for delivery to the uk. I was told that they successfully deliver to the uk. It's now 22nd June and I still haven't received my order:- (I've emailed them several times about what happens next and have had no reply:- (I have also not received any letter from customs to say that the items have been seized or that there is duty to pay so I don't know what has happened:- (I started to get very concerned about this company when I noticed that they were removing posts from customers from their face book page:- (all posts were regarding orders not received and no support or replies via email from cigs. Eu customer support. All cigs. Eu left on their face book page were their own advertisements. Recently people started to respond to a cigs. Eu twitter post posted on the Facebook page saying that they haven't revived their orders and can someone from cigs. Eu please reply to emails. These comments were quickly removed by cigs. Eu yesterday. I've also seen complaints about this company on a bitcoin forum again saying orders not received and lack of email response. I understand that things can and do go missing in the post but all I'm asking is for a reply to emails. The company promises a 100% back money guarantee but I've not been offered a refund. I've sent 6 emails this month and none have been replied to:- (I'm not alone and I hope that both myself and the other customers who have not received their cigarettes get a refund but I know this is highly unlikely and I hope other people read this review and don't have to go through what I'm going through:- (
