All I got from dell was static when I told them I want to send back my computer to them. The balance on my bills never dropped. They kept going up. I sent them 50.00 payments a month instead of the regular 45.00 to lower my balance but they kept adding a bunch of hidden charges that caused my balance to go up instead of down. This is a ripoff. Now when I told them I want to send back my system they told me I can't. They said all sales are final. This isn't fair!
