I bought the Plantronics Backseat 903 Plus out of this merchant. It had been marketed as "Completely New". I obtained a used, damaged headset that willnot actually cost. I'd to deliver it back at my cost via UPS. After I required a reimbursement they subtracted 15% for restocking charge. I paid $45.00 another $10.00 to come back it. Customer support was horrible Today I submitted a challenge with AMEX to obtain my cash back. Prevent this vendor no matter what.
