I requested a Plantronics SR1 Music PC Headset with USB Link. After I popped the bundle, there is no USB Link. I approached Factory Outlet Store - Brooklyn, NYC and after being positioned on store for atleast 20 units, was informed to come back the merchandise but was informed they don't offer return brands. I advised them-it was their mistake; they misrepresented the merchandise. I actually agreed to hand-deliver the headset to avoid spending delivery costs and was informed I'm prohibited about the areas. I'd no option but to come back them at my cost for a mistake they created. I did so get a reimbursement for that pruchase although not the return shipping costs. Consumer beware! This isn't a great organization to complete business with.
