The bill was correct, the cost to the card was correct, however the product delivered wasn't. We named the Cust Service quantity shown (Assured to help) and were informed they could be pleased to trade it, but we'd to pay for delivery to obtain it back again to them! It was a sizable product - not inexpensive delivery. Any reliable organization has methods in position to cope with organization errors. That you don't create your client purchase a business error! I'd be pleased to deliver it back at my cost if it were my option to deliver it back. I anticipate prepaid brands, COD or various other return technique once the organization directs me the incorrect product! We requested another product in the same company. - it was good. Anything else (delivery period, etc.) was good. Nevertheless, I'll never store again somewhere where it costs ME cash once they screw-up. And that I may reveal this encounter with anybody I will!
