I requested the product yesterday on 25th April and simply acquired this nowadays in a Ziplock.!

Used to donot be prepared to get a completely new item in a little zip-lock address and without all of the elements which includes the standard presentation.

I described her it isnot my problem and that I didn't get the total item.

She then transferred the point to Christine, She was so arrogant and he or she stated this is the way it's and its own our organization plan and he or she also included that "it's exactly the same even although you shout at me all night". I had been speaking with her nicely, utilizing the term "madam" each now and then.!

I required her to deliver me the hearing suggestion which includes the product and requested her to describe why did she state that I shout at her. She merely hung-up the telephone on me.

I called again and requested for boss to describe about this. Hannah obtained the phone call and he or she transferred the point to some Supervisor - HONDA. The supervisor stated merely this is the way they run and that I need to purchase delivery of any absent / faulty item which is available in a zero lock.!! She may do nothing about this.

I don't understand whom / where you can protest as the corporation didn't deliver me the merchandise precisely in a producer container as well as didn't deliver me total item that we taken care of...

Today I'm stuck... CaN't return this product which costs 1 / 2 of the merchandiseis cost-including the restocking charge with No trade without delivery costs... Customer service is extremely reckless...

Please help me solve this problem...
