I ordered this Motorola phone for my mom with hearing loss. They misrepresented themselves saying it was for saying it was for hearing impaired people. I wanted a refund. They have a money back guarantee. But in order to get a refund, they charge you a 15% restocking fee. Which is bull. So I sent it back on Feb 2nd. The package got to NY, and the facility was closed. The rep stated they are open 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. This website should be shutdown. They are foreign speaking individuals, and they put you on hold until they disconnect you.
