(just before this I believed all products were supported SO THAT AS LONG WHEN I DIDN'T REQUIRE MY DOCUMENTS ANYTHING APPEARED TO BE OK – my bill confirmed more than 10,000 files supported – and so I BELIEVED I had been secure – INCORRECT, INCORRECT, WRONG!)

Carbonite’s fake advertising statements are numerous on the site. THE REALITY: they might NOT recover SOME OF MY FILES DESPITE HOURS ON WITH TECHSUPPORT! They might not inform me WHY my bill confirmed more than 10,000 documents supported BUT couldn't find any.
