I had a horrible experience with takeherb.com

I'd a experience with takeherb.com. I am livid. I purchased an item from their website. Twelve days later it didn't appear. I contact and informed them that my item hadn't yet appeared. The "customer support" repetition subsequently explained that I'd obtained a contact saying the item was stopped which I had been returned. I've gotten no such reimbursement or any mail to that particular impact. She subsequently stated she'd resend the termination. The termination mentioned they regret that I terminated the purchase. What? They terminated the purchase. I named them back and also the "customer support" repetition had the audacity to hold on me. Don't purchase out of this scam of the storefront!
