I purchased an iPod touch at a reduced price which I was very happy about. Unfortunately for several weeks Zbiddy was unable to locate my order. Because of the delay my girlfriends 8 y/o daughter did not receive her iPod touch for her birthday. I made several calls trying to locate my order and all I would hear from various customer service representatives was I will forward your concern to my supervisor in shipping. Finally my order was found and I received it several days after the girls birthday. At this time I was promised I would receive a $50.00 restaurant of my choice gift certificate. As of today I have not received it. I have spent hundreds of dollars buying bids and I should have received better service consideration. I have approximately 100 bids left with no desire to use them. I will never participate in any auctions again with Zbiddy again. I will participate with QueBids from now on. I wish I could receive a refund on the unused bids I have left along with the $50.00 gift card.
