I had one of the worst experience with Jetabroad

I'd among the toughest experience with Jetabroad. Please don’t guide the routes through them. Usually visit the flight site straight.

After I examined the trip from Sydney to India on the internet, it had been going via Singapore. Sydney —Singapore trip had various carrier & Singapore to Mumbai had various provider. The layover period at Singapore was 2.5 hours. Jetaboard team advised me that I ought to guide this trip as airlines have codeshare which means you don’t have to be worried about your baggage and so I arranged it.

Afterwards after I enquired comparable using the airlines they refused such codeshare & they explained that I have to venture out at Singapore airport gather my baggage & then do the check in again at Singapore airport for that next trip. I expected them to stop this scheduling they explained in the future through Jetabroad.

I called them they questioned me to mail about termination that they responded after three times. After I questioned them about that they explained its my obligation after I guide trip together. Today my solution is terminated today they're stating reimbursement is likely to be prepared within 4-12 MONTHS & no booking fee is likely to be returned, Flight fines use & along with that jetabroad will even cost termination fee & yet another REIMBURSEMENT running CHARGE...

Usually pay straight to flight... I'll never move this toughest Jetabroad.

I'm writing this in a wish that atleast it'll conserve someone’s hard earned cash.
