I've to visit Peru on LAN airlines. LAN is providing 2 free examined bags for that worldwide routes. Because LAN is traveling out-of SFO, I've to travel to SFO from North Park via Usa to capture the LANis trip to Peru. It is a one-hour trip to SFO and Usa is checking this being an overseas trip (WHICH IT'S NOT being that they are not the airlines that's traveling me to Peru) and Usa is getting me a 70.00 for that minute examined case. I named Tammy Duarte, a supervisor, at Usa and he or she might care less that their worldwide carrier plan does not create any feeling - Tammy Duate explained I will generate to SFO and capture my LAN trip easily do not such as the 70.00 global baggage fee. I expected her-just to describe in my experience why Usa is getting me the 70.00 worldwide carrier charge and never domestic carrier charge since Usa isn't traveling me to Peru but LAN airlines is... And again, Tammy Duarte, the supervisor couldn't responded or cared and explained to create an evaluation easily do not such as the Combined plan. I expected her to describe the plan to me to wherever it seems sensible please but she was frustrated and was completely rude in my experience... How is that this authorized and just why is Usa permitted to cost this charge? I'd like notice LAN and all Combined sibling airlines to stop using the services of Usa...
