On Friday evening, I arranged a trip to India by using this site. I obtained a confirmation mail confirming my trip. 24 hours later, I obtained a contact from Faregeek informing me my scheduling have been TERMINATED WITHOUT ANY clarification. Only a universal "your scheduling continues to be terminated." I replied and questioned why my trip had unilaterlly been terminated. Their reaction reported a "scheduling contract" plus they stated they'd left me a note about that. Total lies. I never obtained a phone from Faregeek but still haven't obtained any calls from their website. After I looked for the trip to rebook, the cost improved by $200. I named faregeek and after-hours and hours of waiting and producing numerous calls, I've been provided numerous inconsistent good reasons for the trip termination (among that will be the flight declined to recognize the "offer" that faregeek had marketed. Evidently, faregeek doesn't verify prices using the flight before providing these costs. What type of company does that???). They're a headache to cope with and that I might suggest spending only a little additional and utilizing a diverse site to guide your routes.
