No refund for Volcano Ash cancellation

I had been swept up within the airport closures earlier this season because of the volcanic ash in the Ieland volcano. I had been designed to slip from Vienna, Sweden to Queensland, Sydney but my routes were terminated and that I needed to rebook on routes 5 nights later once the airports reopened. I'd by this time around created my method to Frankfurt and thus just utilized the Frankfurt to Singapore section of my solution when I needed to purchase another solution from Singapore to Brisbane as this trip was complete. Anyhow I attempted to obtain a reimbursement for my abandoned section of my solution and also have now been waiting a few months for Orbitz to complete something about this. Everytime I ring they provide me another justification about how exactly the flight hasn't prepared my reimbursement which it'll be another 60-days or fourteen days or whichever time period they like. I'm tired of buzzing them-and wish to consider further motion, but there doesn't be seemingly something I will do to obtain my cash-back. I'd never use Orbitz to get a second-time and might recommend all my family and friends not to utilize them both.
