ASSIST.com!!! Only thing they assist with, is RIPPING YOU OFF!!! Claim to help eBay Auction Assistants by submitting your eBay store to hundreds of search engines EVERY week! Problem is... There's no way to contact anyone to even give them Meta Tag Key Words, etc.?
They charge your credit card IMMEDIATELY and NEVER do anything, except TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!
Steer clear, but that should be no problem since their website is no longer available??? I found them through an advertisement placed on a reputable eBayer's website, who I know and trust... Problem is, she didn't even check them out or endorse them, she just allowed them to advertise. Goes to show you that people are just in it for the $ and you really can't trust anyone.
