Hughes Net Sattillite Broadband
Hughes New has cause physical pain and mental pain. I am handicapped and have spent so much time on technical support trying to make this work, but everything they say is a lie, nothing works as adve

I have had hughes net for 4 months. Since intallation nothing has worked properly. I have spent many hours with techincal support they do not speak English well and are very hard to understand when they get upset they hang up you have to call back and start all over again sometimes it takes 3 to 4 call to handle the same problem. I have had my computer checked out and there has been no problems with my computer. I can not get mail and recieved a error stating it was the severs problem I am now on the phone with hughes net trying to get my money back they won't do it i am cancelling them please contact me by mail please
