Feb. 2008 I registered for service thru Hughes Sattlite support. The web link works some much better than my dialup, however the email support is completely terrible! I work my organization Basic Checkering.com. Thru my site, and trusted and quick email support is crucial. Hughes. Specialized aid is inefficient, and little if any aid with establishing the guidelines of my email support. Of five different people I spoke to at Hughes technology-aid, I obtained five distinct solutions and not one of them worked. These folks hardly understand what they're referring to, and really should not maintain the positioning to recommend clients. I eventually settled Microsoft due to their aid, and my issues were solved in half an hour. Nowadays, 4-29-08, the email host is along from Hughes, and that I have now been without email since 4-27-08. Calling their technology help-line is just a laugh! Our guidance for anybody considering Hughe.net due to their company, would be to discover every choice, and utilize Hughes.net like a final resort! I'm paying $60 per month for substandard service. Hughes have to invest less marketing on Television, and much more for making their support trusted.
