It was the biggest nightmare ever just to get answers from customer service when I was trying to get internet and cable setup. Just like most other people that have left complaints on here, I don't have any other options because my apartment complex only has the option to use direct path. If I had other options I would go with them! DirectPath is more expensive than other options, every time I called they told me there would be a charge for SOMETHING ELSE! Customer service was horrible, prices are horrible, there are no bundle packages, the entire experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. My internet and cable just got turned on today and I already can't wait to not have to deal with you people any more! Also, this is the first time I've ever left a complaint like this, for anything. I typically don't have the time to deal with it but you guys really need to make some changes... It sounds like most of your customers are miserable with your service!
