After running Driver Medic, which I purchased from Safecart, my laptop and printer do not communicate, my dvd-rw drive will play movies but I cannot use it to play cd's or any other type of discs. After contacting Driver Medic, they said the problem was with my laptop and I would have to pay a $99 fee to have it examined. I told them it was fine before running Driver Medic but they would not budge so I requested a refund within the allotted time frame and have yet to receive anything.
