As being a long-term member of what appeared to be a harmless company, with a good self-created type of atmosphere & virtual world where they encourage 'creation', & 'buying Linden' to help support the user driven 'virtual world', I was very shocked as well as at one heck of a loss (over 15KUSD & over 14K real time working hours) to find that my account (that had always been in good standings) was TERMINATED!
If anyone is familiar with this 'social enviornemnt' that is based on user creation & the sales of 'virtual goods' and creations to create its economy, you will need to know the story of my dreams, my hard work, my investment, & my brutal LOSS from this uncaring and self-centered money hungry coorperate office that potrays itself to be 'free' for all. I first joined this virtual community as an escape from a tragic event that happened to a family member that was very young and taken unexpectedly by a drug infested female he once called his wife.
