Promisses lead to dissapointment while $20/month fee's lead to severe server problems

This website has direct access to a Virtual World. It's best described as MySpace with an Adult Theme. There are two membership status's available, Basic and VIP. Basic Members do not need age verification to join, VIP members are told a credit card payment is needed with a $20.00 fee a month to access adult content (i.E. Movies and pictures. A Basic Member can log into the Virtual World, and spawn into the Welcome Center where Naked Avatars and Working Girls/Guys (Prostitutes) are visible. Prostitution is available via Cyber Sex in exchange for "Rays" a real life currency available in the Virtual World. 1 "Ray" is = to $. 10 USD (value depends on the marketplace, and Rays can be exchanged for real currency via PayPal). Non-Age-Verified Members are almost automatically asked for Sexual encounters in the Virtual World, and quite possibly in real life.

The Virtual World owner CEO Brian Shuster is no stranger to legality problems.in 2000 his Adult Pornography Company XPics was brought up on charges by the FTC for Fraudulent Charges to victims Credit Cards when they thought they were getting a "Free 30-Day Trial". The Virtual World was released to the Public in 2006 and as of current is still in Pre-Beta Phase. Pre-Beta is an excuse they use on why they have constant Server Problems with Disconnects (as much as 8 in a few hours). Customer Service does not answer phone calls, and it takes a week sometimes to get a reply from them. If you go to their Forums to complain, a small group of users (the same 4-6 users every time) tell you to leave if you don't like the problems with the software; and also use "Pre-Beta" as an excuse to server problems and poor in-world development.

I contacted the Staff about lose Age Verification Standards, and I was told, "We Have More Important Things We are Working On." Any child that knows how to use a computer and enter a birth date to make them 18 years of age can access pornography, and be involved in sexual situations in this Virtual World.
