On April 4th 1999 i won a bid on E-Bay auctions for a cd rom.
I paid for this item with my credit card. They said it would be
5 to 10 days. After two weeks I emailed them and they said
they were having delivery troubles with there supplier.
And that it would be a little longer.
So about 2 weeks went by so i emailed them again.
They replied that there supplier had lost all of there orders.
And they would take care of it as sone as possible. Or if i
would like a refund so on may 1499 i asked for a refund.
The next day May 1599 they replied they would and they
were sorry for any troubles. They have ignored all of my
emails since.
