I purchased 2 Roketa 150cc scooters from Motorcycles-Wholesale.com on May 22. Even though I was told I would receive shipping and tracking information within 48 hours, I did not receive either for 2 weeks. The scooters did finally arrive - 22 days after I ordered them.
I was told to email the VIN numbers as soon as the scooters arrived and the titles would be emailed to me directly. I emailed the VIN numbers as instructed within a couple of hours after receiving the scooters.
Twenty-four hours later I emailed to inquire about the titles. No response from the glorious sales staff at Motorcycles-Wholesale.com. I emailed 24 hours after that and was again ignored.
It has now been 4 days since the scooters arrived. I have not heard word one from Gordon Whittet or his staff about the titles. I cannot register, license or ride these scooters without the proper paperwork. Gordon has his money; I have two scooters decorating my garage.
