China wholesale advertise mini computer with all types of functions, get it and its junk, also had a euro plug that was useless to me

Advertising mini computers that have all types of functions, except when you get it, it doesnt come close to the ad and they sent it with a euro plug which does me no good. Refused to refund money and paypal was useless!!
