Wholesale Heaven is operating wholesaleheaven.Us web site and sell electronics. I contacted them by email and Brenda Kjiersdam replied by email address [email protected]. I asked her if they accept credit cards for ordering iPod Touches and she said yes. She asked for some documentations to authorize credit cards and I emailed them to her.
After several days with no contact from her, I emailed and called her. She said her distributor is no longer accepts credit cards and wire transfer is the only option. I transfered $7,250 to her bank on 1/19 (I know, I'm so stupid to transfer money to a scammer like them).
After 3 weeks she said her distributor doesn't sell iPods anymore and promised a full refund the next week. Up to this date (3/9), she hasn't issued any refund although I contacted her several times. Dealing with this scammer was an absolute dumb thing to do. I have filed complaint against Wholesale Heaven and am hoping to get my money back.
