I purchased the Enterprise level Virtual Private Server from VPSLAND.com.
After about 3 months, while logging into the server, my password was not accepted. All my customer websites, emails and databases were not functioning. So I contacted support.
After 1 week they determine that the IP I purchased from them was allocated to another one of their customers. My account had been mysteriously cancelled and the server was deleted (including ALL my customers website and data) and was not recoverable. I estimate over 200 man hours were lost. I also lost 2 of my customers.
On their site they clearly state 99% uptime. Yet I had 0% uptime for the last month.
It has been a month since I notified them of the problem, and still no resolution, no refund and they have not replied to my emails in the past 7 days.
