It all started with my web site crashing and i had no backup of my 2 web sites and the hosting company started when i sign up with them. I pay 18 dollars a month for 2 web sites hosting and a backup of the site every night.
Well when my site crash i ask them over and over for a backup of my site all they did was upload it to there server and not to the ftp so i can download all my data which holds all the files for the web site. They call them (php) files and other data that comes with the web site. So when they did this i went and found anther hosting company. But what i need is my data files of my web sites my 2 sites have been up and running for 3 years.
So 3 years of backups were lost and they are holding onto these backups which i own them. They belong to me. Im the owner of the backups. I paid a lot of money for my sites and there are copy righted. Also over and over they saying do it on your own. Do it on your own. I need my back ups to restore my web sites
