Escort-site.com This Website Will Steal Your Money N/A

It's sad that I have to come to this, and I really tried hard to work with Kyle, them, the site, but here it is. I am here so I have to tell the whole truth, the whole story.

I try to give everyone a fair chance, even when they mess up. I had a lot of good expectations for escortsite.com, having utilized their services for years for free. Even then, I noticed that there was something unprofessional, disgruntled and just not right in the tone of it's employee, Kyle (it seems like he is the only one who works there since every email comes from him and is signed by him). The attitude was an insulting, condescending one in which you could see that he felt that he was doing a favor for you by letting you use his site. This can be seen as fair since I was using the site for free and, as a provider, I would be upset with someone non paying asking queries, etc. However, the site generates revenue via membership fees from clients who come to see and visit our websites - both paying and non paying provider sites. So, I took the little, controlling and rather, debasing attitude in stride.

So, I decided to give them a chance and become a paying member and show my appreciation for the site - after all, for a "free" site, their template designs are very, very lovely. The problem first commenced when I asked "Kyle", the only customer support team there, for help by asking questions about the site, domain names and setting up before purchasing it. Before I knew it, he blocked my email with this disrespectful message:

Mail Delivery Subsystem to meshow details Jun 13This message may not have been sent by: [email protected] Learn more Report phishingDelivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

Support@helpdesk. Escortsite.com

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 554 554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Sender address [address redacted] blocked using abuse. Rfc-ignorant.org; Not supporting abuse@domain (state 14).

It basically blocked me, a prospective paying customer, from asking him questions since he obviously doesn't like the idea of accepting money from people. Determined and hard headed, I do a whois check of the website and found the person who is supposed to be in charge. I contact him and, no response, but I observed a notable change in Kyle's demeanor. He was much more professional and cooperative only after I chewed him out. I signed up and subscribed for an upgraded account.

The problems got worse and went downhill from there, yet they were manageable. There were too many to remember, but the biggest catalyst that caused me to drop them permanently - and warn others about them - was when I ordered another domain name.

The first time I ordered a domain name, it went smoothly. All of a sudden, the second time, it floundered and failed. I brought what they call "credits" in order to purchase it. I ordered an easier to remember domain name than I originally ordered. It was nice, short, sweet and fitted perfectly with the new personality I carved out for myself. I was excited when I ordered it. I thought the transaction was smooth. It did not work. I waited it out for three days and nothing worked. I contacted them ie Kyle numerous times and nothing. They just said it would work and yet the same error message kept coming in, "domain can not get past cookie" or something to that affect. I just got sick and threatened to put a dispute on the charge with my bank. Kyle basically mocked me, saying that I can not get my money back ever even though services were rendered. To make matters even worse, I offered to allow him to give the "credits" back. Her refused by going after his own refund policy, which is this:

"Non-refundable products

Credits (or credit packages) purchased cannot be refunded but can be used inside of the system to purchase any other product/service. These credit packages are: 20 credits ($20), 50 credits ($50), 100 credits ($100). All other products that are different from membership or monthly fees are non refundable. We cannot refund monthly membership fees from previous months. Shipping costs as well as any duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products or services shall not be refunded."

When I ultimately saw the order for the domain name, it said it was CANCELLED! The website didn't even appear under the "domain" section under the purchase area! He said that I brought the domain name and that, just like a new broken car that I just brought, I need to settle for it and deal with what I purchased, even though it was not working (the domain name that is). Even if you just brought a new car, if it is not working while or even a little after you rolled out the parking lot and you didn't put much wear and tear, you still can send the car back. The fact that I brought the domain name so that it can WORK and be effective for my business and building my clientele fell on deaf ears to him. He said that "processing" was part of it and that I should just be happy with buying a domain name that does not work. He claimed that his "developers" ie himself would be on it, but that was many weeks ago and too much lip service combined with sloth demonstrated that this guy was apathetic at the very least and a greedy snake, charlatan predator on the other who theifs and steals from others. Also, when I tried to send my subscriber list a message warning about him, it would not go out, which I have proof of.

If anyone needs it, I have proof, complete with screenshots and emails. I just want to prevent others from going through the same arduous ordeal as me. I also am putting my story out there so that other victims of this charlatan and his snake oil website can come forward and expose him. I will also do a youtube video.

I understand the economy's bad, but that doesn't excuse fraud, ever. We all work hard for our money and as I always give 100% to my clients, so should Kyle ie escortsite.com.
