I got a call from my bank telling me that my account had been overdrawn. I am very cautious when it comes to my money, so when this phone call happened, I was confused. I was given information from the bank manager. A company called "DIGGCOMM SOLUTIONS" whom I have never heard of before had charged my account. I was given a phone number which I then called, to only get a ridiculous recording of a woman who could barely speak english. I was told to send an e-mail to: [email protected]. The recording ended and told me to leave a message. Needless to say, I never got a reply. I googled this so called "DIGGCOMM SOLUTIONS" and also "DC-WEBSOLUTIONS"... I had come across this website (usacomplaints.com) and found that I am not the only victim. I am extremely upset with this company. I now have to pay the bank back the money that was taken out until my "dispute" is settled. I honestly hope whoever is doing this gets caught.
Nothing like this has ever happened to me, I don't know how I'd go about getting this solved so no one else has to become a victim.
I understand our economy isn't the greatest right now, but I work hard for my money and it really pisses me off that some random person can just charge a few bucks from people to scam them. Seriously, make your money in an honest way!
