Bad Customer service - AT&T DSL

I had the u-verse and had to cancel it because I moved to a location where they do not offer it and was told that I would get my 100 dollar deposit back. Well after 2 months I never got it back and I got a bill in the mail for 150 dollars! I called them talked to 5 people before I got to someone who could help me then she tells me that I do not get my deposit back but she would make sure I was not charged that bill and that I would not get another bill from them! Well a month later my account gets debited for that amount and by this time its been 3 months since I have not had service with them. So I call them get the run around again I talk to several different then finally I get someone who can help me than he tells me that it will take 45 days to get my money back and they are sorry! Really it took 2 seconds for you to debit it out of my account but 45 days to give it back really! I am so not happy about their customer service and I would not recommend anyone to them!!!
