Will not return my deposit they took during a 10 min phone call

I called AT&T to start service for internet and direct tv within the first 3 min of the phone call the sales rep told me it would be a $50.00 deposit for the service I gave my card info. Then the sales rep tells me there may be another deposit for the direct tv. It was a 221.00 deposit I told her that is way to much because I already had another service I just thought I could save some money by switching to AT&T I was wrong.

I told her I did not want to continue and since she had ran my credit card would it go back on my card she said no it would take about 8 weeks I said I was only on the phone with you for about 10 min and it cost me $50 that I will not see for 2 months. What could I do so I ask to speak to a manager she said one would call me back no one ever called me back. This began March 14 It is now March 27 I have called every other day one day they will say it will be mailed in about 7-14 days then one will say it will go into my account one will say there is no record on my account

Today march 27 I talked to a very nice lady who informed me that she had to fill out a form to get my money back and it will take another 10-14 days because it had not been done. I told her I am so happy that I did not get their service because I could not go through this every month. Do not give them you card info until you are sure you are going to take their service they only have 50.00 from me someone else my have more
